How do I use my promotional code?

To use a promotional code, enter it in the Promo Code box on the bag page and click "apply".

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro)
PayPal
Apple Pay
Google Pay

My shipping address is incorrect when using Apple Pay.

Apple Pay will always default to the Shipping Address linked to your Apple Pay account.

How do I update my shipping address when paying with Apple Pay?

When checking out, simply click or tap on the shipping address you want to edit.

How can I edit an order that was already placed?

We are unable to modify address information once an order is placed. Please contact customer services immediately to review what options we have.
